No. The majority of InnoLab members use the centre to cultivate innovative thinking and develop skills to lead change inside established organisations as intrapreneurs driving digital transformation, launching new business units, or championing corporate ventures. InnoLab offers dedicated programming for these students, including Inno Talks, Inno Workshop series, and co-creation challenges with industry partners. A smaller cohort, known as "campers, " uses the InnoLab to develop independent ventures with dedicated mentoring and coaching support. Both paths are equally supported, and you do not need to choose a direction at admission.
