The CEIBS InnoLab is the innovation and entrepreneurship centre of the CEIBS MBA programme, designed around three paths: Innovator (building innovation capability for any career), Intrapreneur (driving change inside established organisations or exploring new areas within a family business), and Entrepreneur (developing independent ventures). InnoLab is open to all current MBA students, and alumni can participate through annual membership registration. Through flagship events such as INNOVATEChina and Demo Day, members gain exposure, resources, and hands-on experience. For entrepreneurs, InnoLab provides senior-level mentoring and coaching, while leveraging the CEIBS alumni community of over 34,000 and external partners to connect founders with investors, incubators, and government bodies.
