The ICSP is the CEIBS MBA's signature consulting engagement. Student teams of five to six work under the guidance of a CEIBS faculty adviser and a corporate sponsor to address a real strategic challenge over approximately three months, culminating in a final report and actionable recommendations. Sponsors span industries including technology, healthcare, manufacturing, consumer goods, and financial services. ICSP bridges classroom learning with real-world practice, enabling students to build relevant industry and functional expertise and better prepared for career transitions.
