Shortlisted applicants are interviewed in English, usually by two interviewers drawn from CEIBS faculty, department directors, alumni, or admissions staff. The interview usually lasts around 30-40 minutes and is a key part of the evaluation process.

It is designed to assess your academic and professional background, as well as your motivation for pursuing the MBA, your career goals, and your ability to contribute to a diverse, international cohort. Applicants may be asked to discuss their work experience, leadership examples, decision-making approach, and interest in CEIBS specifically.

The interview is considered alongside the full application, including test scores, essays, and recommendations, as part of a holistic assessment of overall fit and potential.
