Mr. Christophe de-Charentenay is the President of eGT New Energy Automotive Co., Ltd. (eGT).  The company, created in December 2017, is a joint venture of Renault, Nissan and Dongfeng Motor Group Co., Ltd. (Dongfeng) for the co-development and selling of electric vehicles in China.

Christophe is a graduate engineer from the “Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées” and holds an MBA degree from the “Collège des Ingénieurs” (Management Business school).

After a career in the industry, he started at Renault in 2005 and became a member of the Executive Committee of RSM in charge of Purchasing then located in South Korea (2007).

In 2010, he joined the Asia-Pacific Region as Purchasing Head. In April 2012, Mr. Christophe de-Charentenay became Managing Director of Renault (Beijing) Automotive Co. Ltd. and Vice-President of Renault China.

Mr. Christophe de-Charentenay is also a member of the Board of Directors of Dongfeng Renault Automotive Company.
