Patrick Hessel is a technology investor and the Chairman and lead investor in AeroMobil, a Slovak technology company aiming to launch the first flying car in 2020 and by 2025 aiming to bring to market a flying taxi aimed at the mass-market with full flight autonomy, a 500 miles range powered by a “Flying-Uber” software and app for ordering the vehicle in front of your house. Patrick is also the founder and CEO of c2i, a leading carbon-fibre components company for automotive and aerospace markets. In partnership with the LG Group they aim to develop unique technology to mass-market carbon-fibre in the automotive industry. Patrick is the 2015 EY entrepreneur of the year of Slovakia and holds engineering and business degrees from Cambridge, LSE and NYU Stern.
