Mr. Zhou has 16 years of rich experience in developing crossover innovation models of the automotive Internet and in building the industrial ecosystem. He has offered automotive+Internet consulting service to seven auto companies and groups and facilitated the strategic joint venture project about Internet cars launched by SAIC Motor Corp and Alibaba Group. He took part in the preparation and release of the report “CABI China Auto Buyer Insight” based on Alibaba’s big data, contributed to the launch and popularity of the first Internet car in the world, and facilitated precision marketing of the auto brand by adopting big-data-based Uni Marketing for the first time.

He served as researcher at the CAS Information Consulting Center, Distinguished Professor at Beihang University, visiting professor at the Business Administration College of Shanghai Jiaotong University Education Group, special consultant at the National Key Laboratory of BeiDou Navigation Satellite System, Vice Chairman of SVCTA (Shanghai Vehicle Connectivity and Telematics Alliance), Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of SALBS (Shanghai Alliance of Location Based Services), expert in the Expert Committee of Shanghai Working Group on Promoting Technological Innovation in Strategic Emerging Industries and member of Shanghai Intellectual Association. He also worked as Director of International Trade in Chemicals at Sumitomo Corporation, General Manager of Shanghai AutoNavi and Vice President of AutoNavi Software at Alibaba Group.

He graduated from the MBA and CMO Programmes of CEIBS and serves as Vice Chairman of CEIBS Alumni Mobile Club and CEIBS Alumni Auto Association. He has been enrolled in the Ph.D. Program in Management of Emlyon Business School, working on the dissertation “Organizational Culture Changes amid the Strategic Transformation of the Auto Industry in the Internet Era.”
