Ms.Wu once served as regional sales general manager, vice-president of supplier service department and president of B2B business group since she joined Alibaba in 2000. In January 2017, due to organizational structure adjustment, Sophie was nominated as the Chief Customer Officer of Alibaba, and she is also responsible for group purchasing, administration and property business in Alibaba.
