Mr. Guoxin Xia, the founder of brand ELLASSAY, is now taking the position of Chairman of the Board at the company, as well as the role of General Manager and Director of R&D Center. He holds a bachelor's degree in Product Design and a master's degree in Garment both from Tianjin Institute of Textile Science and Technology. He is also an EMBA degree holder from China Europe International Business School.

Mr. Xia was named the ambassador for the China Children's Charity, and he has received the Mundell World Executive Achievement Award in 2006. He was elected as the China Economic Person Of The Year Award in 2007 and as one of the 30-year industrial leading figures of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone in 2011.

At present, Mr. Xia is the president of Shenzhen Fashion Designers Association. He also holds the position of Vice-president at China National Garment Association、China Fashion & Color Association and China Textile Planning Research Association. Mr. Xia is also a Visiting Professor at Beijing Institute of Clothing Technology、Tianjin Polytechnic University and Art Design College of Shenzhen University, and member of the Shenzhen Political Consultative Conference.

Moreover, he was elected as the 30-year industrial leading figure of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone in 2011, and the annual innovation figure of China textile 2012.
