Dr. Wu Jinglei, a chief physician, is Director and Deputy Party Secretary of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Health and Family Planning. He has rich experience in clinical pediatrics and hospital administration. His previous titles include:

• physician, Director of the General Affairs Office & Assistant to the President, Deputy Party Secretary & Vice President, Children’s Hospital of Shanghai Medical University (now known as Fudan University);
• Head of the Hospital Management Office, Fudan University;
• Party Secretary & Deputy President, President, Affiliated Obstetrics & Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University;
• Deputy Party Secretary & Party Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission, Shanghai Municipal Health Bureau (now known as Shanghai Municipal Commission of Health and Family Planning).
