Yan Qinghui is Deputy Director-General, Department of Medical Insurance, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People’s Republic of China. He served successively as Deputy Division Chief and Division Chief, Department of Medical Insurance, Ministry of Labor Security;  Division Chief, Department of Medical Insurance, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security; Deputy Director-General, Department of Employment Injury Insurance. He has been long engaged in formulation of and research into social insurance policies.
