"When the Global EMBA programme was initially delivered in China, it focused on Western management culture and skills. It showed us a different management model and eventually changed our mind-set. The systematic studies have helped me broaden my knowledge in not only marketing, logistics and human resources, but also strategy and financial management. It has played a critical role in my career development. 
However, in hindsight, what we've really learnt from the Global EMBA programme is a way of thinking rather than skills or knowledge. So, when I faced problems at work, I knew how to seek solutions from different dimensions. I've learnt to find inspiration from Chinese and Western philosophy books which, in my opinion, are the source of managerial ideas.
