CEIBS MBA New Year Family Lunch

Keeping with tradition, CEIBS hosted a traditional New Year Family lunch for its students on campus during the Chinese New Year vacations. This year's event led by Professor Chen Shimin, Associate Dean of the MBA Program, had a very good response. Unlike past years when it was a practice to host a New Year's Eve dinner, the lunch event enabled a good mix of faculty such as Jeffery Pi, the new CDC consultant, and local and international students to attend.

Professor Chen raised a toast to a great year of the Yang (goat or sheep in English). Seated on the traditional round tables, the students and faculty savored traditional delicacies over some interesting conversations. The history of the school and the newly attained status of Asia’s No#1 business school seemed to have been the most popular topic of discussion. Chinese students also shared how they traditionally celebrate their New Year with their international counterparts.

All in attendance enjoyed themselves and wished each other a great year of the Yang!
