The China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) invites applications for full-time tenure-track faculty positions (rank open) in Operations Management and Information Systems. CEIBS’ working language is English, and CEIBS faculty can choose to be based in Shanghai, Beijing, or Shenzhen in China.

Candidates, considered in all areas of operations and information, particularly in AI, big data and machine learning, must hold or be close to completion of a PhD (or equivalent degree) in relevant area from an AACSB-accredited business school, have a demonstrated capacity for high-calibre research, and a strong commitment to teaching excellence. CEIBS has established the Institute of Supply Chain Innovations and reshaped AI powered Enterprise and Management – one of its four key research areas – in an aim to build a strong team in these areas.

Compensation is internationally competitive and commensurate with qualifications. In addition to the base salary, the school provides its faculty with an adequate housing allowance, an education allowance for faculty’s children, international private medical insurance as well as a private pension plan. Additionally, the school offers generous research funding, teaching load reductions or bonuses for high-calibre scholarly publications.
