CEIBS Alumni International Trade and Property Rights Protection Association is pleased to invite you to a half-day conference on “Creative Use of Intellectual Property Rights to Enhance Competiveness”.
We have three leading experts from the U.S., Germany and the United Kingdom who will illustrate how multinational companies procure IP rights, and deploy them creatively and effectively to gain and maintain their competitive edge on a world-wide scale.

Specifically, Mr. Connor will talk about how one can use IP rights to your advantage, whether you are a market leader or a newcomer aiming to disrupt the market; especially focusing the renowned Interflora Case. Mr. Vanik will update us on recent developments in U.S. IP laws, especially since the implementation of the America Invents Act, and several recent U.S. Supreme Court decisions that substantially changed the legal landscape in the U.S., and Mr. Hermann will provide us with an important European perspective.
