International (Assistant) Marketing Manager

Major Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the comprehensive international social media strategy including the brand perception/amplification goals, content , brand voice, and posting cadence;
- Manage and oversee content plans for all international channels, gather insights and audience analysis to make recommendations and adjustments to social media strategy;
- Create and manage marketing campaigns that increase visibility, drive enrollment, and enhance the reputation of the programme;
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats in the international market;
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including prospective students, alumni, industry leaders, and other relevant parties;
- Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a consistent message and brand identity across all international marketing channels;
- Manage the budget for the international marketing campaign, ensuring all expenses are within budget and tracking ROI;
- Analyze and report on the success of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for future improvements.
Basic Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Is an English native speaker;
- 5+ years of experience with at least 3 years in marketing, with a focus on international markets;
- Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media management, and the ability to interpret data and make recommendations;
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in Mandarin is a plus;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
