The Future of Work: The Organisation of the Future
Please join us on November 5, 2020, for this special webinar in partnership with i4cp on The Organisation of the Future.
About the Webinar
Following a global lockdown and with advancing technology making home offices more accessible, there is a growing expectation of workplace flexibility. How can HR teams and organisations effectively shift to these new ways of working without too must cost or disruption? This webinar will explore how we might expect the organisation of the future to look, taking into account organisational structures and processes, new ways of measuring productivity and success and differences across cultures.
About the Future of Work Webinar Series
Life as we know it is undergoing a radical transformation. Where once the topic of the future of work was centred around rapidly advancing technology, we must now consider the long-term shift influenced by a global pandemic. The impact of COVID-19 has been widespread, dramatically changing the future of the work landscape for us all, from where we work to how we interact with our peers, how we apply for jobs or recruit talent, how we manage and lead teams and even how we define success.
This webinar series will ask a number of important questions about the future workforce, including:
- What changes should we prepare for in terms of culture, leadership, talent, diversity and strategy and what are the implications for you?
- With different markets progressing at different paces, how does this impact the global workforce?
- What can we expect to see in terms of transformation in Europe compared to China?
