The Future of Work: Making the Most of Generational Diversity
Please join us on October 8, 2020, for this special webinar in partnership with Swiss Re on Making the Most of Generational Diversity.
About the Webinar
This webinar will explore challenges imposed by longevity and demographic transformation. HR professionals play a pivotal role in ensuring successful knowledge retention and transfer and helping to foster a dynamic environment where multi-generational workforces can thrive. During this webinar, we will discuss trends and implications from COVID-19 on generational diversity in the workplace and how organisations need to adapt to the new shape of work.
About the Future of Work Webinar Series
Life as we know it is undergoing a radical transformation. Where once the topic of the future of work was centred around rapidly advancing technology, we must now consider the long-term shift influenced by a global pandemic. The impact of COVID-19 has been widespread, dramatically changing the future of the work landscape for us all, from where we work to how we interact with our peers, how we apply for jobs or recruit talent, how we manage and lead teams and even how we define success.
This webinar series will ask a number of important questions about the future workforce, including:
- What changes should we prepare for in terms of culture, leadership, talent, diversity and strategy and what are the implications for you?
- With different markets progressing at different paces, how does this impact the global workforce?
- What can we expect to see in terms of transformation in Europe compared to China?
