The Future of Work: Managing Human Capital and the New Employee Experience
Please join us on December 8, 2020, for this special webinar with Mercer and Alibaba on Managing Human Capital and the New Employee Experience.
About the Webinar
During this session we will explore the impact of COVID-19 on the employee experience – now and in the future. How can organisations redesign their Employee Value Proposition and Reward strategies to respond to the recent disruption? What are consequences for the business of this new shape of work? And, how can leaders and HR respond to these changes and create agile and resilient organisations?
About the Future of Work Webinar Series
Life as we know it is undergoing a radical transformation. Where once the topic of the future of work was centred around rapidly advancing technology, we must now consider the long-term shift influenced by a global pandemic. The impact of COVID-19 has been widespread, dramatically changing the future of the work landscape for us all, from where we work to how we interact with our peers, how we apply for jobs or recruit talent, how we manage and lead teams and even how we define success.
This webinar series will ask a number of important questions about the future workforce, including:
- What changes should we prepare for in terms of culture, leadership, talent, diversity and strategy and what are the implications for you?
- With different markets progressing at different paces, how does this impact the global workforce?
- What can we expect to see in terms of transformation in Europe compared to China?
