Coaching Your Way to Better Leadership
About the event
As a seasoned executive coaching practitioner, Dr. Sandler will discuss how coaching skills can help with leadership development and problem-solving at work. She will elaborate on her Emotional Profile Triangle (EPT) framework to describe why and how different types of leaders can be triggered into negative behaviours when under pressure and the impact of this on their teams and organisations.
Following the presentation, Dr. Sandler will invite members of the audience to share their own experiences of workplace situations where they have to deal with bosses or co-workers who are difficult to deal with. She will also offer some “live coaching”, including practical solutions to these problems, followed by a Q&A session.
