Key Account Manager 大客户经理
Report to: Sr. Regional Sales Manager
Dept.: Shanghai/Beijing/Shenzhen Office
主要工作职责:
1、开发、跟进招生线索及渠道及时反馈;
2、策划、组织并参与学院品牌推广及招生推广活动;
3、密切联系优质的潜力企业,并从这些企业中发掘优秀的核心管理层生源;
4、为学院进一步发展提供市场研究分析;
5、配合其他部门课程的销售,完成深圳校区整体销售目标。
基本任职要求:
1、5年以上跨国企业客户开发或销售岗位工作经验;
2、大学本科以上学历;
3、专业、能够进行自我激励,强烈渴望成;
4、有很强的团队合作精神;
5、出色的人际交往能力及沟通协调能力;
6、能熟练使用PPT、EXCEL、ACCESS等办公软件。
Major Job Responsibilities:
1、Generate sales leads and create marketing channels, with timely follow-up;
2、Plan, organize and participate in the school and program branding and promotional activities;
3、Closely work with well-established and high potential enterprises, and recruit students from their top management team;
4、Bring market intelligence and analysis for the school’s further development;
5、Cooperate with other department marketing , to achieve the sales target of Shenzhen campus.
Basic Job Requirements:
1. 5+ years experience with MNC in Business Development or Sales function;
2. Bachelor degree or above, MBA preferred;
3. Professional, self-motivated, strong drive for achievement;
4. Team spirit;
5. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; Strong coordination skills;
6. Good command of computer skills; power point, excel and access are particular.
