Exclusive Talk on China Going Global - Mexico City
MBA applicants, CEIBS alumni and business partners are invited to join us for an MBA info session and lecture on China’s Business Landscape: Present and Future. Led by CEIBS MBA Director and Professor of Management Dr. Juan Antonio Fernandez, the session will cover findings from the annual China Business Survey, such as how China has transformed from the factory of the world into an innovation powerhouse and what is next for the world's second largest economy.
The former VP of Mobike Chris Martin will then share his experience on Chinese Tech Companies’ Expansion: From the First Steps to the Future, in which he will talk about his life at the forefront of Chinese tech and share some predictions for the coming years in Latin America and beyond.

Dr. Juan Antonio Fernandez
Associate Dean, MBA Programme Director, CEIBS
Dr. Juan Antonio Fernandez is Associate Dean, MBA Programme Director, and Professor of Management at CEIBS. He received his PhD and MBA degrees from IESE, Spain, and a degree in Psychology from Harvard University. He served as a Senior Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School (USA) from August 2011 to July 2012 and has been a Visiting Scholar at the University of Lancaster (UK) since 2006. He has co-authored six books, including China CEO, which was recently cited by US President Donald Trump as one of his top 20 books about China. Chris Martin
Former VP, Mobike
Chris has served as Vice President in two famous consumer-tech companies in China –the e-commerce spin-off of the logistics giant ‘SF-Express’ and the China-born international bike sharing app Mobike. As VP of international expansion at Mobike, Chris launched the company in a record-breaking 19 international markets, all before the company reached its second birthday. In the period that followed, he went on to manage all areas of operations for Latin America markets. Chris only recently finished his work at Mobike and has just relocated to Mexico to learn Spanish and to pursue his next project.
