Huang Xin is Executive Vice President and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital affiliated with Zhejiang University School of Medicine. Previously, he served as Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President at Stomatology Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine, Vice President at The Children’s Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine, and Member of the Party Committee and (temporary) Vice President at Xinjiang Hetian People’s Hospital, etc. Huang Xin obtained his master’s degree from College of Information Science & Electronic Engineering, Zhejiang University in 1989. He has been dedicated to medical equipment management and IT-based hospital development, and was promoted to Researcher in 2002. He also sits on the Standing Committees of Zhejiang Health Information Association and Zhejiang Medical Engineering Association.
