He joined China Pacific Insurance Company in 1995, and successively served as the Vice General Manager of Ningbo Branch, General Manager of Dalian Branch, General Manager of the New Channel Department, General Manager of the Customer Resources Department, General Manager of the Marketing Department of Corporate Business. In 2017, he was appointed to be the Vice General Manager of the Health and Elderly Care Division, in charge of the medical insurance business and preparations for establishing the Pacific Medical & Health Management Company. In 2018, he became the General Manager of Pacific Medical & Health Management Company, in charge of the expansion and management of national basic medical insurance business, major illness insurance, long-term care insurance and supplementary medical insurance business. His responsibilities also include promoting the application of big data and industrial cooperation, assisting the government and commercial insurance companies in fees control of insurance funds and health management of the insured through medical and healthcare management.
