Bollins has 2 national patents of the formula for hair regrowth and grey hair treatment. The company cooperated with the top-rated public hospital in Shanghai and several institutions in US, Japan, France etc. for the R&D to develop more effective products for its customers. Chen believes in life-long learning. She studied in CEIBS in her sixties. She still actively participates in and generously donates the alumni events.
