Anant is currently working as Director of Operations & Business Development at Hira Lal & Sons, family business of warehousing & logistics. He is helping organize and scale the business by implementing process-based solutions and modern warehousing techniques.

Anant's penchant for business analytics and tech-oriented role led him to pursue a stint at Banksmarts Solutions where he worked on innovative solutions for optimal cash management for major banks. Being a core team member, he played multiple roles, that of a leader, analyst, recruiter and developer. Anant started his career at Tata Consultancy Services where he was responsible for providing quality assurance of internet banking application for Lloyds Bank. He managed a variety of modules including security, sales and customer servicing.

Anant is a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics graduate from a leading engineering institute of India, Manipal Institute of Technology. In college, Anant put his engineering skills at work when he developed a Formula-1 style race car.

Outside of work, Anant enjoys playing sports, especially squash and football. He is a fond traveler with special interest in road trips and treks and loves teaching Mathematics to underprivileged children at a local school.
