Yifan has always dreamed of being an Engineering Entrepreneur. He studied at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and took part in the dual-degree program with the University of Hong Kong. In 2012, Yifan graduated with two degrees in Engineering with First Class Honors. Yifan continued his Engineering studies in United States and earned a Master of Science at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. After graduation, he joined as a System Engineer in Fait Chrysler Automotive (FCA), working in the Global Technology Center located in Motor City, Detroit. During the two years at FCA, Yifan developed a further understanding of the vehicle control algorithm as well as engineering program management.
In 2016, Yifan made up his mind to take one more step forward into the tech world. He moved back to his hometown where he developed an innovative product and control algorithm design company. His team is now focusing on developing the next-generation of water fountains for public areas.
Basketball is one of Yifan's favorite sports. He coached an amateur team during his time in Hong Kong. Yifan also has wide interests in event hosting, cooking, GO and hiking.
