Helen graduated from Nanjing Audit University as a bachelor in management. In five years as a banker, she obtained extensive experiences towards banking products and deep understanding of consumer banking industry in China.
Helen joined Standard Charted Bank as a Management Trainee and earned impressive country-wide ranking. Helen worked in 6 departments during last five years. As a product manager in wealth management, Helen's duty was to drive overseas fund business and select funds based on market and asset allocation. Total asset under management exceeds 1billion in USD which hit record high. During the tenure with small and medium enterprise department, Helen provided financing solutions to clients including trade financing and FX solution. Facilities granted during the period reached 70million in CNY.
Helen also co-founded a technology firm to provide a comprehensive platform of agriculture product trading services and software development. The company revenue has exceeded more than 1million yuan. Her banking experience in wealth management and sales & marketing helped her tailor the viewing experience to consumers, and service platform to supply chain.
Helen is interested in traveling, reading and public speaking. Teaching at the New Oriental school was her very first paid job back in college.
