Born and raised in Beijing, Mandy decided to broaden her vision by going aboard to Canada during high school period. She graduated from University of Toronto where she majored in Accounting.

After graduation, Mandy entered into an Italian food imports company and worked under supply chain management function. Soon later, her outstanding leadership skill got her recruited by a fast-growing start-up company focused on human resources outsourcing. Worked as the department head of payroll function trimmed her to be a better leader. She initiated a software development project for both recruiting and payroll use and later the software was put on sale for the market. The work experience here equipped her with solid project management and communication skills.

Mandy decided to go back to China by the end of 2015, as there would be more opportunities for her to grow. She entered to Aon Hewitt in Beijing as a human resource consultant to apply her past work experience and comprehensive knowledge. She built up the leadership model and training map for a global digital manufacturing company.

Besides the work, Mandy was a foodie who posted restaurant reviews for different websites and co-founded two bubble tea brands both in Toronto and Shanghai.
