Professor Chao C. Chen is Professor of Organisation Management and Global Business and Vice Chair of Department of Management and Global Business at Rutgers Business School.

Professor Chen has published over 50 journal articles and book chapters and edited books in diverse areas of cross-cultural management, leadership, organisational justice, Chinese management, and business ethics. His works appear in premier management journals including the Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Administrative Science Quarterly, Journal of Applied Psychology, Organisational Science, Journal of International Business Studies, and Journal of Business Venturing. He teaches at the undergraduate, MBA, Executive MBA, and doctoral levels in Management Skills, Organisational Behaviour, Culture and Organisation.
