The Research Center for China Innovation focuses on interdisciplinary research (strategy, organizational change, innovation management, talent management etc.). The Center provides a platform to encourage dialogue and exchange among academics and business community. Research Center also plays the role of multi-enterprise learning union as well as accumulates distinctive industry resources through active participation and exchange between member companies.


Job Responsibilities:
Job responsibilities mainly include but not limited to the following: 
1.	Assist in research, including literature review, collecting/coding/analyzing data, coordination of research projects, etc.
2.	Assist in teaching for executive MBA and other executive education classes, including course development and design, material preparation (e.g., case writing). 
3.	Assist to contact and coordinate with international scholars and Chinese executives. 
4.	General administrative tasks, including correspondence, symposium, etc.
1.	PhD in business/management/social statistics or related fields.
2.	Self-motivated with strong work ethics.
3.	Strong background in quantitative and qualitative research methods
4.	Excellent English writing, reading and speaking skills. 
5.	Excellent Chinese writing ability (e.g., academic and media articles).  
6.	Prior business research experience would be a plus. 
7.	Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a broad range of individuals and groups.
