Job Major Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Programme Manager and operation team to secure the smooth operation of the cohort including academic learning and extra-curriculum experiences;
  • Work closely with Class Committees to build up a positive cohort culture, manage the overall expectation and proactively address the potential issues;
  • Ensure smooth implementation of cohort academic projects such as welcome orientation, overseas modules kickoff, elective biddings and coordination, and capstone projects;
  • Manage the key events of the cohort including opening, one year anniversary gathering, New Year Party, and graduation;
  • Provide Module management and Teaching administration for program delivery;
  • Support Alumni Activities when needed;
  • Program administration system support;
  • GEMBA marketing and recruiting support when needed;
  • Other functions and Dept. support within CEIBS when needed.


Job Basic Requirements:

  • 6+ years working experience in general management and administration function, MNCs background preferred;
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Strong coordination skills;
  • Customer service oriented;
  • High ethical standard;
  • Mature, team-player, energetic;
  • Detail-orientated, high sense of responsibility;
  • English proficiency and good commend of computer, power point and access are particular.
