Satir Model Introduction

Virginia Satir, a pioneering family therapist, is referred to as "The Mother of Family System Therapy", "everybody's family therapist", and the "Columbus of Family Therapy". She created Satir Model, known as the "growth model”, to help families process change. Her model fits high technology organizations equally well.

Angie Dairou

A pioneer leading facilitator and consultant in applying the Satir Growth model in corporations and organizations. She is the chairwomen of a special working group that focuses on research and development of the Satir Model in business application.

 

Currently, Angie Dairou offers Transformational Leadership based on Satir Growth model to executives in the United States from Boeing, Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, Starbucks, and AT-&-T Wireless.
