In his current role as Director of Marketing and Sales Process, Chip is leads the convergence of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), e-business and compliance activities within Marketing and Sales at Dow Corning. Chip recently championed the implementation of a new CRM foundation;he is also leading global team efforts around Marketing Metrics and e-Capability Leverage to support the business strategy at Dow Corning。
Chip joined Dow Corning in 1988 as Field Sales Representative and was assigned to Tokyo, Japan. He has spent nearly a third of his career and two assignments based in Japan and working across Asia. He speaks Japanese and was a key facilitator in the early 90’s as Dow Corning integrated Asian Area operations. His career reflects diversity in experience, having served in marketing and sales, customer service and business process design leadership.
Outside of Dow Corning he also served as the Chairman for the Americas SAP User Group (ASUG) Customer Management Group. Chip holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Indiana University and a MBA from Michigan State University.
