Dear friends,
In the past era when exterior environment and market demands were largely stable, stability and efficiency determined the future development of enterprises. As the contemporary world enters a new stage of rapid and unpredictable evolution, the ability to lead is in eager need by enterprises, governments and the society in general. It is no longer the pursuit for stability and efficiency the primary challenge in front of enterprises. Change leadership becomes the most significant determinant of business. However, changes do not happen automatically. It depends on conscious and continuous implementation of high-level executives.
On November 16, we have the honor to invite Elizabeth Faber, Consulting Director of Deloitte Shanghai and Tony Cotterell, Principal, Technology Practice, Deloitte Consulting as our keynote speakers at the CEIBS Executive Forum to deliver the speech: "The Heart of Change in the Asia-Pacific region". The speech will discuss tools and techniques surrounding change leadership, based on the book, "The Heart of Change" by John P. Kotter (World Renowned Leadership & Change Management Expert & Professor of Leadership, Harvard Business School) and discuss change leadership challenges in the Asia Pacific region from the perspective of Deloitte Consulting.

After 10 years with the US Firm, she joined the China Firm to lead Deloitte's China Investment Services initiative and to work with MNCs that require strategic, operational and implementation assistance as they enter or expand in China. In this role, Ms. Faber manages resources from multiple Deloitte disciplines, including tax, audit, financial services, enterprise risk, and all consulting service areas in a variety of industries.
