Demo Day - CEIBS MBA Entrepreneurship Bootcamp

November 22nd, 2016. Shanghai — Entrepreneurs looking to enter the home décor, F&B, advertising and social media sectors presented their start-up ventures today at CEIBS eLab Bootcamp’s first Demo Day which was held on the Shanghai Campus. The founders of these five Batch 3 ventures come from different countries and have different industry backgrounds, but all share a passion for providing outstanding products and services to customers in Shanghai. The ventures and their founders are:

Meet Knits - Kathy FU (GEMBA 2009)

Combining knitting with design, Meet Knits brings the coziness of knitted goods to household decoration. 

Persona - Jay HA (GEMBA 2014)

Persona software measures the popularity of social media influencers on the internet. Already launched in South Korea, Persona aspires to discover key opinion leaders across sectors and connect their talents to the world. Together with his partner, John Cho, Ha is expanding their business into the China market.

Shanghai Kitchen - Yuni HE (MBA 2018)

This innovative platform connects chefs to consumers. “Our goal is to help facilitate aspiring talents to reach their optimal clientele faster, easier and in a more sustainable way than other options that are now available,” said He. 

Meidameixiao.com - Hao SUN (EMBA 2009)

Aiming to facilitate transparency and efficiency in the advertising industry, Meidameixiao.com is a platform that connects content creators and media companies with advertising agencies.

Paradish - Daniel Wang (MBA 2017)

Paradish offers refined lunch boxes and catering services for consumers looking to live an elegant lifestyle.

The CEIBS eLab is an incubator for entrepreneurial ventures created within the CEIBS community that was launched in 2015. Through its IDEA Challenge Programme, more than 50 business ventures have successfully begun different stages of incubation.
