New Venture Internationalization - Accra, April 28, 2017
We cordially invite you to attend our exclusive 1+1 Lecture New Venture Internationalization in Accra on April 28, 2017.
About the lecture
This talk deals with the opportunities and challenges that new ventures, as opposed to large multinational corporations, face when operating on the international stage. Resource-constrained, international new ventures face distinct challenges. The focus of this talk is on resourceful internationalization, that is, how new ventures can succeed at internationalizing with a limited resource base. An important focus for them should be establishing and exploiting competitive advantage through network-based strategies that leverage opportunities created by the international dimension of their business, or reacting to challenges that arise on this ‘global stage’.
