It has been over a month since the kick-off of MBA2006 mentor program, the progress from different people varies a lot. In order to help our classmates to fully benefit from this program, MBA office organized the first experience sharing session on Nov 22nd.

Mr. Lai, the representative from EMBA2006 gave the open speech, and he encouraged all MBA students to be fully involved in the mentor program, and learn as much as possible. Then three MBA2005 students Ross Li, Andrew Li, and Seeger Wang and one MBA2006 student Larry Yang shared their experience and understanding about this program.

One of the major concerns from the participants was the location distance between some mentors and students, which created some difficulty for communication. MBA office agreed to take a closer look to this issue and try to make the best arrangement.

Yvonne Li, MBA operation director, also attended the meeting, and she encouraged everyone to take the best advantage of this program and learn something outside of academic study.

MBA office also proposed to set up a mentor program committee, which will create more opportunities to bring the mentors and mentees together to better communicate and interact. Furthermore, such experience sharing session will be held monthly. (Provided by Richard Zhu, MBA2006)
