Cai Jie, one mentor I met via my classmate's recommendation, is not only sophisticated in Finance Management but also an excellent career guider. He leaves to me a strong impression by many details which I often recalled; here I want to show two small instances.

Cai is open-minded and frank to us all. Once we enjoyed dinner together, we asked Mentor Cai to share us some kernels about how to start up a private Equity Limited company, Cai nicely said: "Well, currently the business model is ...... If you want to enter the PE business, you need to process the following step ...... what you need to pay attention to are ...... By the way, you need to deal with the relationship with government based on this principle ......" His view on the business model is very clear and original. We like to hear what he talks without any conservation for we can be dipped in the great information water we never touched before.

One more thing I here need to mention is that Cai is a great career guider, he knows what we want and creates many opportunities to help us expand our network. I remember that it was a great opportunity that Cai invited us to join his class party in Nov 2006, we were arranged to sit between his classmates we never met before. Cai encouraged us to introduce ourselves one by one, then he introduce us his best classmates to us all. Knowing many great names, learning much industry information, we felt there everything was wonderful.

All in all, I fell very lucky I can have a mentor like Cai. Currently we are preparing to have a further cooperation with Cai's team. Wish we can do well together.
