“I think that I am more lucky than most of other mentees, not only because that we came from the same city and worked in the same industry-banking, but also because Kerry is one of our MBA alumni who were very successful after graduation. All though he was very busy, he contacted me very frequently in the form of coming to campus, having dinner, attending his company’s events and talking online. l really learned a lot from his successful MBA studying experience in CEIBS. He also gave me a lot of valuable suggestions on career development.
My experience of this mentor program also attracted many other classmates. Each time when Kerry came to campus, many others who were not his mentee also joined our talk. He was also happy to share his working experience with us and to listen to our opinions on business. As he said ‘I enjoy the feeling of coming back to campus and feel younger when together with you guys.’
