CEIBS has launched Mentoring Program for several years.  This program is designed to assist CEIBS MBA student to explore more learning channels and get well prepared to enter into real business world after the graduation. Further more, with the involvement of EMBA students and Alumni; the program itself enhances a sense of belonging within the CEIBS Community. The sense of belonging further closes the distance between students and makes the cooperation among them more intimate.

Follow three steps as below you can be a professional mentor for CEIBS MBA students as long as you have 2-3 hours per month.

Step1:   Fully understanding your mentee through Sharing
Step2:   In-depth communication with mentee to set up the goals in Mentoring Program
Step3:   Leveraging on your resources to fulfill the goals

School will arrange a mentor coach session on the kick-off day to guide you through the program. Moreover, the Mentor Guide and Mentoring Program service center will also stand by you when you need help.
