2. What is the proportion of overseas students?
In MBA2008 Intake, 41% of the students are from overseas. They represent 24 countries and areas in Europe, America and Asia Pacific including Argentina, Brazil USA, Canada, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Ethiopia, Kuwait, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, India, Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Hong Kong SAR and Taiwan.
3. How is the on-campus housing at CEIBS? Can I live off-campus?
There are four campus student dormitory buildings on CEIBS campus. Each room is equipped with air-conditioning, bathroom, internet plug-ins, etc.
- Room in Phase I (completed in 1999)
- Single room: RMB1,850/person/month
- Twin room: RMB950/person/month)
- Room in Phase II (completed in 2004)
- Single room: RMB2,550/person/month
- Twin room: RMB1,300/person/month

4. Is a notebook computer required for the MBA study at CEIBS?
Yes, a notebook computer is required for convenient access to information resources through the campus network and for some specific courses. The CEIBS IT system does not support Mackintosh operating system at present.
5. Will I need to buy textbooks?
We do not require you to buy textbooks. However, you will certainly want to buy a number of the core subject textbooks. You will probably also want to buy additional books to help you with other subjects. In addition to text books, we will provide you with comprehensive course materials, whose costs are generally included in the tuition fee.
6. How can I get the first-hand experience about CEIBS and its MBA programme?
There are several ways to do it: our Campus Visit activities will allow you to attend a class, have lunch with a current student, or talk with our admissions officer. You will have good interaction with CEIBS' community through these activities.
In addition, you can attend Information Sessions held in China major cities and some major Europe/USA/Asian cities. You can talk with our MBA faculty and staff, as well as alumni who will present at our information sessions.
