The CEIBS faculty is an esteemed group of scholars that provides a rich source of international experience in professional management and practices. It is also ranked among the top ten schools in terms of the international diversity for three consecutive years according to Financial Times.

Most faculty members have taught in world renowned business schools before joining CEIBS. Many of them also teach courses to senior executives through EMBA and EDP (Executive Development Programme). This approach reinforces faculty research and keeps faculty members abreast of changes in corporate practices.

CEIBS faculty is unique for its synthesizing East and West with more than 60% foreign faculty members and their in-depth knowledge of the culture and business community of China. The increase of permanent faculty members (50% to date by teaching load) also guarantees the consistency of high teaching quality.
