The tuition fee of the 18-month MBA programme for MBA2016 class is RMB 388,000, TBD for MBA2017 class.
For admitted applicants, a deposit of RMB30,000 is required for admitted applicants to confirm their acceptance of admission offer within 3-6 weeks after the official offer letter is released. The deposit will be counted as part of the tuition fee.
Students who have successfully received Student Loans are required to pay upon registration the part of the tuition not covered by the loan if there is any. Student without Student Loan are required to pay 70% of the whole tuition fee upon registration and the remaining 30% should be paid no later than 1 week before the end of Term 4.

- Use of Internet resources through the campus network
- Access to the school's databases which open to MBA students
The CEBS MBA Programme has launched a merit-based scholarship fund worth 12 Million RMB this year for qualified applicants. This is the largest amount ever offered, that will cover close to 80 scholarships and finance 40%-100% of tuition for each winning student. Interested applicants are encouraged to apply early to ensure availability, and no extra forms are needed for any of the scholarships offered by CEIBS.
Unless stated otherwise, all scholarships are available to both Chinese and international students.
Scholarships for first-year students
CEIBS offers merit-based scholarship to first-year students. It is awarded based on applicants' academic and professional achievements, personal accomplishments, interview performance and potential contributions to the MBA program. Admitted candidates will be automatically considered for this scholarship and there is no need for a separate application.

Anyue Scholarship is proudly sponsored by Mr. Ma Shuang, CEIBS MBA2001 alumni, and his company Shanghai EasyFinance Enterprise Management Consulting Co.,Ltd. Commencing in 2013, the new Anyue Scholarship will finance RMB 150,000 of a new entering MBA student (one student per intake each year for the next 3 years 2013-2015). The scholarship selection will be based both on each candidate’s merit and financial need. The application process will begin during March of 2014. Candidates who are admitted in Round 1 and Round 2 will be provided the scholarship application form in March, so they can apply. The final result will be announced no later than Apr. 30, 2014. This scholarship is to support MBA full time students and preference will be given to candidates with financial management experience or demonstrated interest.
DDI-Shanghai Town & Country Scholarship
DDI-Shanghai Town & Country Scholarship is proudly sponsored by Mr. Li Hailin, Chairman of DDI Group and CEIBS alumnus. Commencing in 2013, the new DDI-Shanghai Town & Country Scholarship will finance RMB 150,000 of a new entering MBA student (two students per intake each year for the next ten years 2013-2022). The scholarship selection will be based both on each candidate’s merit and financial need. The application process will begin during March of 2014. Candidates who are admitted in Round 1 and Round 2 will be provided the scholarship application form in March, so they can apply. The final result will be announced no later than Apr. 30, 2014.
Hana Bank Scholarship
Hana Bank Scholarship is sponsored by Hana Bank to finance the MBA students. Commencing in 2013, Hana Bank Scholarship will finance RMB 50,000 of a new entering MBA student (one student per intake each year for the next 3 years 2013 - 2015). The selection will be based on candidates' whole background.
Longcheer Scholarship is proudly sponsored by Longcheer Holdings Limited. Longcheer's Chairman and President&CEO are CEIBS Alumni. Commencing in 2013, Longcheer Scholarship will finance the half tuition of a new entering MBA student (two students per intake each year for the next five years 2013 - 2017). The scholarship selection will be based both on each candidate’s merit and financial need. The application process will begin during March of 2014. Omnicom Group is a strategic holding company that manages a portfolio of global market leaders.
Omnicom scholarship is designed to sponsor MBA students from Greater China Region and with working experience in marketing. The Omnicom Scholarship will finance USD 20,000 of a new entering MBA student (one student per intake each year). The scholarship selection will be based on the performance in written essays. The application process will begin during March of 2014. Candidates who are admitted in Round 1 and Round 2 will be provided the essay topics in March, so they can apply. The final result will be announced no later than Apr. 30, 2014.
Shanghai Municipal Government Scholarship
The Shanghai Municipal Government Scholarships range from RMB100,000 to RMB180,000 and aim to encourage international candidates to study in China. Please download application form here.
Liu Ji EducationFund
The Liu Ji Education Fund awards 1 half tuition scholarships each year to support students from mainland China. The fund was established in 2006 by Prof. Liu Ji, Honorary President of CEIBS.
Wu Jinglian Education Fund
The Wu Jinglian Education Fund awards 2 RMB 80,000 scholarships each year to support students from mainland China with a demonstrated financial need. The fund was established in honor of Prof. Wu Jinglian, Bao Steel Chair Professor of Economics at CEIBS and senior research fellow at Development Research Centre of the State Council of P.R.C.
Zhou Zongming Scholarship
Zhou Zongming Scholarship is proudly sponsored by Mr. Zhou Zongming, CEIBS EMBA2003 alumnus. Commencing in 2014, the new Zhou Zongming Scholarship will finance RMB 100,000 of a new entering MBA student (one student per intake each year for the next ten years 2014-2023). This scholarship will be open to all new students, preference will be give to young student with leadership potential and fluent Chinese(Mandarin).
La Caixa and Casa Asia Scholarships
The La Caixa and Casa Asia Scholarships cover registration, tuition, travel, living and medical insurance expenses. The Scholarships encourage candidates from Spain to study MBA at CEIBS as part of a broad development of relations between Spain and China. The purpose is to promote the development of relations between Spain and China and to contribute to a better training of young executives.

Talentia Fellowship Program
TALENTIA Fellowship Program is an initiative by the Ministry for Innovation, Science and Enterprise in Andalusia, Spain, that provides postgraduate scholarships to student from Andalusia allowing them to study abroad in selected institutions which is including CEIBS.
Selections for Talentia Fellowships are conducted in two phases: profile evaluation and personal interviews, conducted by the Talentia Selection and Evaluation Committee. Huawei Maitree Scholarship Program for Indian Students
Huawei offers Huawei Maitree scholarship for Indian students to pursue MBA studies in China, total ten scholarships are available each year. The duration of scholarship will be for one academic year, renewable for every new academic session till the completion of the course. Applications can be submitted online by 1st July, 2013. Scholarships for second-year students
Funded by Emerson, two Emerson Scholarships worth RMB20,000 are awarded to second-year students on the basis of performance in written essays and subsequent interviews.
Funded by Baosteel, this scholarship is available to second-year Chinese students who have demonstrated academic excellence.
Students can choose to live on or off campus. On CEIBS campus, there are four student dormitory buildings. Each room is equipped with telephone, air-conditioning, bathroom, computer network connection, and satellite TV hook-up.

Worldwide there are many local options for assisting students to finance their global education. They include local banks as well as other non-profit and government programmes dedicated to assisting students in their pursuit of higher learning. We encourage you to research these local options prior to applying. Please see below some of the country specific loan and financing programs CEIBS is affiliated with.
Loans for Mainland Chinese Students
Students who meet the criteria can apply for a student loan of up to 80% tuition at privileged interest rate from China Merchant Bank, China Construction Bank or Bank of China. All loans with interest must be repaid within three years from the date of approval by the bank. For more details, please visit relevant webpage in Chinese.
Loans for International Students
To help international students finance their MBA study, CEIBS cooperates with China Merchant Bank to launch this program with an innovative structure. This loan program is specially tailored to students who do not hold Mainland China passport – including those coming from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. The loan programme can cover up to RMB 200,000 per student, with a maximum of 15 loans offered every year. The repayment period for the loan will be three years. Deutsche Bildung for German Students
Deutsche Bildung assists German students in their higher education goals wherever they maybe around the world.They can receive monthly payments and if needed one-time payments – to finance a stay abroad or to pay tuition fees - a total up to 25,000 � The repayment is income-linked, i.e. grantees are going to pay a fixed percentage of their future income for a fixed duration back to the study fund, once they have entered their first job successfully.
