COLLECTIONS:
The OCLC FirstSearch service is an online reference system that will help you access: Electronic and traditional materials in library collections around the world; Well-known reference databases; Full-text and full-image documents from familiar databases, magazines, and electronic journals; Web resources. It provides 54 databases in which you can access to get article abstract information over 9000 journals.
HOURS OF AVAILABILITY: FirstSearch is available all hours of the week except Sundays from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m., U.S. Eastern Time. (Mondays from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Beijing Time)
OPERATION GUIDE:
CHOOSE DATABASE
Click "e-database" button on the web page of CEIBS library and then click the link of "FirstSearch" to enter. The database is controlled under IP address, available on CEIBS computer terminals with username and password.
SEARCH OPERATORS
First choose no more than three databases from 56 databases, then input the keyword you want to look for, choose sort before you click enter to get results.

BusIndustry: Business and industry facts, figures, and key events;
BusManagement: Practical aspects and approaches to business management;
BusinessOrgs: Organisations that serve business and industry;

WilsonBusiness: Leading English-language business periodicals;
WilsonSelectPlus: Articles in business etc.;
WorldCat: OCLC catalogue of books, web resources, and other material world-wide;
Worldscope: Basic financial information on public companies world-wide.
