COLLECTIONS:
OSIRIS is a comprehensive database containing information on over 38,000 listed companies, banks and insurance companies around the world. OSIRIS contains specific report formats for companies and also has reports that reflect accounting procedures in the major world regions. In addition to the income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement and ratios, OSIRIS provides news, ownership, subsidiaries, ratings (from all the top 3 agencies: 19 ratings are available), earnings estimates, stock data, additional industry codes (Dow Jones Global Indexes) and access to regulatory filings for US companies.

OPERATION GUIDE:
Choose “OSIRIS” under the “E-databases” section from the library’s web page.
- In campus: enter the search page directly.
- Outside campus: need login ID and password, which could be found under the public folder of your email box.
User can search company by its name, geographic location, industry, number of employee, stock information, auditor, etc. User can as well compare different companies’ financial situation by putting them together in the database.
User can output the report to Excel or Word by simply clicking the Export button and download. User can as well send the report by email.
