• IMD World Competitiveness Online includes competitiveness of 53 countries and 8 regions using 312 criteria for 5 years time series.
• The criteria are grouped into the overall comprehensiveness ranking, made of 4 main factors: Economic Performance, Government Efficiency, Business Efficiency and Infrastructure. Each of these factors includes 5 sub factors.
• The information can be easily and rapidly customized and viewed for specific countries or regions, in tables and charts, and downloaded in Excel or PDF.

OPERATION GUIDE:

• CHOOSE DATABASE
  
  Click "e-database" button on the web page of CEIBS library and then click the link of "IMD World Competitiveness Online " to enter. Need login ID and password, which could be found under the public folder of your CEIBS email box.

• SEARCH METHOD

1. Country Analysis: allow you to view one country or region / selected tables.   Choose the name of a country/region, either from the map or the alphabetical list at the bottom of the screen.
2. Data Analysis: allows you to view one table / selected countries or regions. a. Choose the "overall" or a factor, or a sub-factor or criteria; b. Choose a selection of countries and regions either from its predefine groups or your own selection; c. Choose the time frame
