The current issue discussed whether China has the labor shortage problem or not.  The sustained, rapid economic growth of China will eventually exhaust surplus labor, but it is unlikely taken place in the near future. Apart from the population factor, the policies such as education, pensions, land reform and population movement will affect labor supply.
