Good to Great, by Jim Collins, defines it in the following way: "They (the executives) first got the right people on the bus, and the wrong people off the bus, and then figured out where to drive." This is the wisdom shared by our great ancient philosopher, Confucius, who made similar points on quite a few occasions.
