CEIBS Associate Dean (GEMBA) and Professor of Operations Management Nikos Tsikriktsis

January 28, 2015. London – Whether you are in Shanghai, Mumbai, Madrid or Detroit, the one universal key for a successful online retail strategy is to know your customers. This was among the lessons that CEIBS Associate Dean (GEMBA) and Professor of Operations Management Nikos Tsikriktsis shared with attendees at today’s UK Alumni Forum. More than 50 alumni and members of the local Chinese and European business communities turned out for the lively discussion that compared strategies and business models used by successful online retailers in China to those in the UK and US. CEIBS Dean and Vice President Hellmut Schütte hosted the event. Professor of Strategy and International Business Klaus E. Myer and Professor of Strategy George Yip also attended.

CEIBS will return to London on April 24, 2015 for an exclusive forum that will bring top executives and faculty together to discuss China’s outbound investment strategies.
